Regenereted Rubber Paste

We are grinding truck, bus, TIR tyres in our grinding plant up to 0.50 mm size as SBR powder and mixed with chemicals and oils, with the presseru and heat it is cooked 11-12 hour after the the paste becames 0.6 mm tickness with the help of friction machines. The capacity of regenereted rubber paste is 3.5 ton. According to requested thicknes and size paste is shaped and packed. The hardness and brake away point is arrenged according to customers request. Of course colour of EPDM and SBR 1712-1502 can be arranged with the help of chemicals. We can also use odeurless chemicals or pine tar if customer requested. We use only our SBR rubber powder in our regenereted production.
